LEVEL UP! - Youth Co Creation Day is Back

LEVEL UP! – Youth Co-Creation Day is a transition-focused event hosted by the Sickle Cell Society in collaboration with the NHS Race and Health Observatory (RHO). It’s aimed at young people aged 12–24 living with sickle cell, their families, clinicians, and community organisations.

📍 Venue: Clapton Girls Academy, Almack Road, London E5 0RL
🥪 Lunch and refreshments provided

The event will provide a space to:

• Explore experiences of care and transition
• Share ideas through workshops and creative discussion
• Co-create more responsive, patient-led sickle cell services

Clinicians are encouraged to attend and take part in these conversations.
